Why Am I A Coach?

As many of you have seen, I have gone through a lot of changes in the last year (physically, mentally, and emotionally). I owe all of that to my journey and coaching. Every time I have started to lose my way and started giving up on my journey and coaching, I thought of the reasons why I was doing it!

1. Motivation for my journey: Running challenge groups, posting my journey for others to see, being involved with other coaching groups, and having the many coach friends that I have keeps me motivated and accountable! I rely on my postings to keep me going!

2. People are watching: I know many people are watching me through my journey, some even relying on me to keep up the fight and succeeding in my journey. I don't want to let them down! If I let them
down, I have let myself down even more! The person most important of all that is watching is my daughter! I want her to grow up in a healthy, fit home and gain wonderful habits. I want to be able to be here with her for a very long time because I am healthy and fit.

3. Helping others: This may kind of go hand in hand with the previous reason of 'people are watching'. I love helping others, especially when it means adding value to their lives and improving it! I used to want to be a psychologist while growing up and even went to college for 2 years majoring in it. I wanted to help people! That route just simply was not the route meant for me. With coaching, I can help others in such an important part of their lives!

4. Stay at home mom: I want to be a stay at home mom some day. Every day that I have to work somewhere else is a day I am away from my daughter, a day that I am missing in her life. The first few years of her life, I was working about 60-70 hours a week sometimes and missed a LOT of her
growing up, to the point where sometimes I have to ask her dad what she likes to eat or what her favorites of something are. Since coaching, I have not had to work as many hours and have gotten to spend more time with her and learn more about her! I want this to be a regular thing!

5. Financial Stability: I want to be able to pay the bills with this job without worrying and without working a second job. I want myself and Josh to be able to stay home and run our own businesses! My goal is to be able to have a home, cars, and be able to go on family vacations. Wouldn't it feel so good to be able to just pick up and go whenever you felt like it? I want that!

6. Connecting others to coaching: I have already began helping a few others become coaches and improving their lives in all the amazing ways mine has! I want to create an amazing team/family of people improving their lives and the lives of others. For every coach out there, there are an endless amount of people being helped after that!

Coaching= Financial Stability

Coaching= Financial Stability

Have you ever had a job you just absolutely HATED? How about one you LOVE? Or do you have a dream that you will have a certain amazing job? Before Beachbody, I was working at a factory, doing mundane work that I dreaded facing every single day. I hated my body and life and saw no future in the factory. This left me wondering how I was ever going to gain financial stability to be free to do what I want with my life. I yearn to travel the world, give my daughter opportunities to go to college or begin her own business or whatever she wants to succeed in, to have a home that is MINE! So many things that I want.

I was at a point in my life where I was caring baby weight I just couldn't get rid of that was made worse by depression and a dislike of myself. I tried working out and eating better but just couldn't find the motivation to get off of the couch or put down the junk food. When I became a Beachbody coach, I only did it to be a discount coach. I simply wanted the discount on my shakeology. I didn't make any money as a coach. I kept pushing forward though because being a coach was helping me become healthier, fit, happy, and confident. Coaching helps keep me motivated and holds me accountable to my fitness journey. I wanted to help others feel that way too! I then began pushing and working the coaching business, doing what I needed to. First, I sold one challenge pack! I was so excited! This gave me more drive to keep going! I had a few girls on my team and ran a couple challenge groups. That was around the time when I hit a slump in my life that I allowed to interfere with my business and my fitness journey. I was lost for a month and spiraling down in all areas of my life.
 Luckily, I had many supportive coach friends, including my own coach! They helped motivate me and pulled me back out of that horrible month. My business felt that the month that I disappeared. It hit hard, and my girls gave up on their journeys. I don't blame them because I was supposed to help them and failed. Once I realized what I had done to myself and the girls that were counting on me, I used that to fail forward. First, I was working super hard to get back on track with my own journey. I began working out, reading personal development, and doing challenge groups again. The personal development really did the trick for me, showing me new ways to approach life and love myself more. I then felt I was ready to help others again. I haven't looked back since!
 While going through this entire journey, I have realized that this is something I want to do for the rest of my life! This will give me financial stability while also allowing me to do something I LOVE! I LOVE helping others! Before this, I was driving a gas sucking 1997 van. Coaching has given me that extra bit of financial stability where I was able to get a new car! I now have a 2006 VW Passat, and it is way better on gas. I love my car! I am now also a stay at home mom and able to put full focus on the job of a lifetime. I am wanting a little part time work just to get out of the house more, but it is nice to have that stability that coaching gives. Now I am working on saving toward having a dream house, having my school loans paid off,  and going on vacations whenever I want! I want to be able to just pick up and go on a whim! I will get there one day! Wouldn't you want to?

PiYo Results: 2 Months

Two Months of #Piyo and loving my results! I could have done better, but I am proud of what I achieved! I missed some workouts and sometimes over indulged with food, especially during the town festival! I began Piyo in July and finished up for September. I am now starting up #21dayfix and I am super duper excited! The challenge groups I am in for these programs really help me stay accountable and work hard! The motivation and support I receive make all of the difference! I owe these results to workouts, shakeology, and clean eating! Thank you #Beachbody!
I did the Piyo (pilates and yoga) challenge from July to September. I was in the 1200-1399 calorie bracket, meaning I was allowed 4 servings primary veggies, 2 serv secondary veggies & grains, 2 serv fresh fruit, 4 serv lean protein, and 3 serv healthy fats. My workouts involved upper and lower defining, strength intervals, sweat and drench full body, core, and sculpting. Piyo is low impact, high intensity with no weights except your on body and no jumps (unless you want to :D ). Piyo gives hardcore results!
